Kiệt = alley / lane / laneway Hence, 9 = housenumber Kiệt 66 = Alley no. 66 > you can refer to this as the *street name*, since it's the closest street available. What's interesting is that the 'number' of the alley is the house number of the Alley on the main street as well. In this case, generally the "Kiệt 66" stands next to House number 68, or 64 of Le Loi Street Lê Lợi = the Street = Le Loi Street (the Main street) Tổ 11 = neighbourhood Neighbourhood (*tổ dân phố / tổ)* is residential group, a subdivision of *quarter* (*khu phố*), which in turn is a subdivision of *ward* (phường), which is a subdivision of a town, or provincial city, or an urban district. Generally Vietnamese omit *tổ* when writing address. *Phú Hội* = the ward itself = *Phu Hoi Ward* *Huế *= the city. This is the provincial city, capital of Thừa Thiên - Huế province. Generally people in Hue city don't mention Thừa Thiên Huế province, as it's too long to do so. So I can work out as follows: House number 9, Kiet no. 66, Le Loi Street, Group 11, Phu Hoi Ward, Hue City, Thua Thien - Hue Province, Viet Nam.
