?I've been watching a little of this on the dev mailing list.
I'm looking forward to a plugin for JOSM. The imagery is very good in a lot
of areas that OSM is lacking (and which we have not received positive
feedback from municipalities). Richard's Bay for example is looking very
good.

Bing has already been enabled in Potlatch2. The imagery is very
impressive.
