District and local municipality boundaries are already shown on the map. The difference between the two represent DMAs (district management areas) which incorporate the Drakensberg and Golden Gate parks. In the attached image DMs are coloured green and overlaid with the LMs in blue. Trace the existing boundaries and you'll have the parks. Cheers, Craig
