I see that someone has added the final section of the Polokwane N1 bypass - the section from the R71 across the R81 back to the original route north of the city. (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=-23.8665&lon=29.5068&zoom=13&layers=M) I can't find anything on the internet about it being opened, and the SANRAL page (http://www.nra.co.za/live/content.php?Category_ID=159) seems to be rather out-of-date. Can anyone confirm if it has indeed opened? If it has, has the junction at the southern end of the bypass (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=-23.9423&mlon=29.41256&zoom=16&layers=M) also been reconfigured to direct through-traffic onto the bypass?
