Haifa is actually quite well mapped in OSM, though (as seen at http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=32.82643&lon=34.97502&zoom=15&layers=M ). Does the functionality to create a similar interactive map exist for OSM? What about an English tileset (where English names are available)?
