expect tracks to be "non official" roads which appear because of usage

much more than that (they are maintained, it is easy in most places to
fit two cars).
Question: is marking of such roads as highway=track ok or it would
be possible to change them to something of a higher classification
(say highway=unclassified/tertiary surface=unpaved)?
P.S. As an additional benefit (I'm not proposing to mark for
renderers) those roads would be visible in a higher zoom.
