I live in the district of Mossel Bay. I obtained from the local council the cadastral erf co-ordinates and erf numbers, which I am told comes from general surveys office. I would like to convert the gps data to a layer, which would mean that the data layer now only containing the streets would also contain the drawn layout of all the erf's. My question is that I can not see that anyone else has done it and wonder why?
