Paths are appearing in some layers, but not others, so assume that means it
cannot be a caching problem. And they were added 2 weeks ago.

I compared the tags of some existing paths that are visible in all layers
vs what I was using. My tags were *exactly *the same. Must be something
other than tags inhibiting visibility.
