OK, here's an AA for your QQ. Why do people do that anyway? The MCP is Microsoft Certified Professional. I am certified in Windows 2000 pro, so, uh, yay for me, or something. Or, erhaps not? The CNA stands for Certified Novell Administrator. I am a very out-of-date CNA qualified for OS 4.11. I am also qualified to say that I hate Novell with a passion!
