 then skread.

And I can say, indubitably, that SKRead is a good little proggy. It certainly beats Skypewatch on the dear old JAWS scripts by a load. The only thing tha'ts annoying is that sometimes skype doesn't connect before SKRead launches, and then SKRead throws up an error.
