A recent decision of the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) to impose significantly
higher royalty rates on Internet radio threatens your survival. To elevate this
threat, Monday, a motion for rehearing was denied.
To fight this potentially deadly imposition of fees, a coalition has been formed
that includes listeners, artists, and webcasters. We would be honored to have
