That is the web site address, not the listening address. For WMP, use the following:
http://tbrn.net:8000/ or broadband
http://tbrn.net:8002/ for dialup or
http://onj4.andrelouis.com/ if you are behind a firewall and want to listen to the broadband stream.

This mp3 version of the stream is known to have some stability problems, so it's highly recommended that you use a media player that supports the ogg vorbis format. I understand that WMP can be modified to support ogg via some DirectShow plugins, but I don't know if that applies to streaming audio or just local files on one's hard drive. At any rate, the link to the ogg stream is
http://tbrn.net:8888/tbrn.ogg
