Love this idea... I see that there is a crystal viewer... can you tell
me how that works?  I've tried playing with it but can't quite figure it
out.

Here goes!

I  added a userform to the attached project and dropped in the Microsoft
Calendar control.

The form uses the Calendar Control 12.0 (note you may or may not have
this version!)

 

 I got this by rightclicking in the VBA User form toolbox and selecting
Additional Controls and looked for Calendar.

After you add the control draw it on the form.

The property you want is .Value- that tells you what the user selected.
