Love this idea... I see that there is a crystal viewer... can you tell me how that works? I've tried playing with it but can't quite figure it out.

I added a userform to the attached project and dropped in the Microsoft Calendar control. The form uses the Calendar Control 12.0 (note you may or may not have this version!) I got this by rightclicking in the VBA User form toolbox and selecting Additional Controls and looked for Calendar. After you add the control draw it on the form.
