If you can invoke, which I am sure you can, the windows screen shot to the clipboard then you can simply open word, paste the clipboard, and save the file wherever needed.

The brilliant minds at Georgia Medicaid have said that a screen shot of their portal is the only proof they will except for eligibility verification if a denial is giving for patient not enrolled.
