Hi Brian, We just got BWS and just had our training. We have MCA-Managed Care Module and Referrals. We are looking to script in and update claims. We would also like to automate other functions like printing letters from the queue. Like everyone else we are trying to automate as much as possible. It will take some time to review what other business units are doing to identify what can be automated.
