I think it is the same error I get on occasion and it might be due to the file 
you are updating, copy to, or pasting to is already in use by another user 
and/or application.
I haven't tried to build a work around on this error, so if anyone has any 
ideas or fixes to this I would appreciate it too.

Have a script that has been running fine for months and months.  Today I 
received a Runtime error '70: Permission denied.  Any thoughts as to what this 
could be?

The script opens an excel file, sends an item from the file to a flag and 
closes the file.  The script then sends files from our network to a ftp site.

Thoughts?
