If BWS opens, but Meditech does not start as your script would indicate, right click the B in your taskbar (if that's where it is) and make sure that BWS actually opened up with your script loaded. If it did not, then the command in your scheduler entry is not entered correctly (typo or whatever).
If you tell a shortcut to open Bss80.exe and indicate a script using the /r command (/r SCRIPTNAME) and the script does not exist, it would display the behavior you describe.
