Greetings, Best way to get this sort of thing answered is to call support - usually I'd have already forwarded the question on and you'd get a call - however, Talk doesn't show the From email address and we've got a lot of customer's named Jeff J

This doesn't happen every time, but happens about every other time. The error is occuring in the doNav function of the menu navigation. I have error handling, which catches the error, but not every time. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions on fixing this problem.
