Sorry if I'm waking up a dead subject, but I'm just now seeing this. I've always found IDXTerm to be severely lacking in functionality - it's a very basic emulator that's basically the Cache term that they repackage. This is why most places use other emulators like WRQ Reflection. Even PUTTY will give you more options...
If you can get a copy of Reflection, I think that would be your best bet. It comes with it's own VBA Library reference which will allow you to send keys like F7/F10 and UP/DOWN.
