I didn't have much luck with it. In my scripts I just create two
separate rules each with the same code execution.

Having a moment here.  Isn't there an operator for OR?  ! Means the
condition is false, ~ is Like, & is And, but I can't seem to remember or
find an OR.
 
Reason is, I need to look at a Record and if the value is <this> or
<That> I need the next step to be chosen.  AND is not a big deal, but if
I need to look for one status OR another and continue.  
 
Looking for the Operator for Rules, not VB.
