Greetings, First check is to see if the Java tools installed / is starting.
Connect to the application using Windows - select Advanced Windows - Window List See Connect Java Command in documentation for a listing of what you should see in the Window List if the Java Tools are running. If you do not see this, that may indicate the installer was not able to locate the Java Virtual Machine (or the Java Tools was not installed on this pc). Regards, Thom Thom C. But we are having trouble connecting on a specific pc. When we try to connect to the java screen, the screen comes to the forefront, but on the bottom of the BWS screen, it says it is connected to: @_EMPTY<@_EMPTY>@-2147483647,-2147483647 which is not correct... Has anyone encountered this or have suggestions?
