I can't change any of the NPR reports on our system so I use:

Connect "Save As", stWindows                          'connect to the Save As 
window so BWS know what to connect to.
    Key "<your drive\folder\filename.whatever>"       'example. 
"C:\bss70\downloads\thisisatest.txt"
    Wait 1.0
    Enter ""                                          'starts the download 
process.

Connect "MeditechNUI", stStream                         'Tells BWS to go back 
and reconnect to Meditech
Pause ("mess...@1,1")                                           ' Waits for 
Meditech to acknowledge the download is complete via a dialog box

Mitch's suggestion is the best way to go.  I have been using it for years and 
it never fails.  You won't be able to say that about the Smartdialog method.
