A couple of thoughts. It looks like you are a CS site so maybe this doesn't work. It looks like you are trying to check all the entrys? In Magic you can do a CTRL Z to check or uncheck all the entries. If the previous doesn't work do a view of the next patient field and do a check to see if it contains anything. I hope this helps!
