Ugh. Let me tell you 5.55 to 5.64 = Pain in the Keister.

Meditech is downgrading the client in my opinion.

Try and code for a condition that may or may not present itself
dependent upon: network speed, server load, client load, amount of tea
in china, phase of the moon (tounge in cheek, but seriously, a pain).

I found myself doing a lot of appactivate, activate, looping waiting for
a condition type of stuff.

One positive thing though. We went from over 2000 scheduled scripts for
print jobs/downloads/data entry to about 150 due to the new report
scheduler.

Thank you,

Great question Thom. I would like to see a course covering converting
scripts from Meditech 5.5 to 5.6 and the challenges associated with the
conversion of the scripts.

Greetings,

I have to come up with some topics to present.

Figured since there's a fair number of Meditech folks on this listserv,
I might as well ask - what would be valuable education session topics to
you - well one's I'd be qualified to give of course (yeah, leaving
myself open on that one) :-)

Regards,

Thom
