Is this new? I've done this in the past on older versions. I would select title bars of windows to validate the correct window was open/active.

For speed purposes, you don't want to evaluate a large part of the screen and we prevent you from creating excessively large screen evaluation areas by displaying "too big" in the OCR Pausestring dialog - and if you go ahead and build the command - it shows up in the command. I've used areas as small as 1 pixel. What matters is finding something that uniquely identifies the condition you want to react to.
