Aside from there maybe being a corrupt license issue you could delete
the profile and the next time you login the profile get re-generated. I
have seen profiles get corrupt many times.

Subject: [talkbws] Boston workstation issue

I just starting using a new Windows login on a workstation that already
had BWS installed and was working. Since trying to use BWS on the new
profile, whenever I load a .bws script, the menus are not working. I
can't open the vb editor, can't open help or anything else. When there
is not a script loaded, the menu's work. This just started yesterday,
and I have logged on to the old profile and it's exhibiting the same
behaviour.

When I do have a script loaded, I can open help using the F1 key, just
not the menus.

I have uninstalled and re-installed BWS and the behaviour persists. I
am using BWS version 9.8 patch 769. The last windows updates occurred
May 12th, over a week ago and BWS has worked fine up until yesterday.
