When I download files in Star, while the file is downloading, there is a message on the screen to the effect "downloading" or "waiting". A simple Do...Loop While view###="waiting" will wait until the download is complete before doing anything else. To keep from wasting resources, put a wait statement in the loop so it's not a constant instant loop.

There are four reports, all related to the same process which are extracted from the same select file. Unfortunately, to collect the charge category detail, each has to be run individually as you can't select multiple charge categories at once.
