Greetings, I would image the cursor is in a different field dependent upon the tab (?) - which is what the script most likely really needs to care about since it's likely to need to fill in something.
And even if not - it's a safe bet there is different identifying text that is visible on the screen when a specific tab is displayed. With C/S 5.6 and 6.0 - I prefer to use the text that is near the cursor vs exact location as my what field am I in detector - aka Prompt since there can be fields that have the field label above and to the right of the cursor.
