Subject: RE: [talkbws] closing Meditech 5.6 C/S in Rules based scripting

Greetings,

There are different choices depending on if you need to leave some windows
alive or not.

1. Key "@_KILLMEDITECH" - will simply close all of the Meditech screens

2. Key "%{F4}" - will close the screen the script is seeing as the
foreground Meditech window, but will leave others alone (e.g. the menu screen)

3. CloseApplication "Your title *" - similar to %{F4} in that it only
closes one window - will close the application with the specified title - title
being the window's caption

Regards,

Thom

I am new to scripting and just learning BWS Rules-based. Trying to find the
best way to logout of Meditech C/S 5.6. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!
