Greetings,
We have a scheduled script connecting to McKesson STAR in character view that
periodically times out during login to the AIX server. I added a timeout step
to capture the cursor location and View() in an email. Boston is reporting
the cursor location as @0,0 and View() is empty.
A couple of weeks ago I called support and we added some timing loops after
the launch of STAR Nav and the HBOWEM server. I've pasted the subroutine code
below.
I was wondering if any other STAR users have had intermittent login issues?
Maybe a carriage return or two would help sync things up between STAR and the
HBOWEM server before I start the login?
Thanks,
