I've always used the window's title for the Activate and Connect commands. It
appears you're using an element on the web page in these commands. Have you
tried using the window's title?

Not to expose the user name and password, but that it seems the site no longer
is actually stepping in the designated area to log the user name and password.

The Shell seems to work, but the activate and connect does not seem to really
be "interfacing" with the payer site.

Did you really mean to expose a username and password Kelly?

Subject: [talkbws] Web Activation Issue

Has anyone suddenly experienced not CF payer site not allowing interaction to
modify script changes to recent web page updates?

I have tried several ways to get this website to interact with my script (which
was fine until a few days ago):
TimeoutCounter = 1

    Shell_ "https://provider.carefirst.com/wps/portal/Provider/ProviderHome";
    Activate "Log In to the Provider Portal<H1>@", True
    Connect "Log In to the Provider Portal<H1>@", stWeb1
    waitForPage
    Web1.First
    waitForPage
    Web1.First
    Text("<INPUT>#userID#@Providers & Physicians Home") = "bws2" '  bws2
    Text("password<INPUT>#password#@Providers & Physicians Home") = "1961Jdb" '
 1961Jdb
    Click "<INPUT>#LogIn-btn#@Providers & Physicians Home"
    waitForPage
    Web1.First
    waitForPage
    Click "Claim Status<SPAN>@CareFirst Direct"
    Exit Sub
ErrH:
    If TimeoutCounter = 10 Then
    'we've tried this 10 times w/out luck
        Exit Sub
    End If
    Wait 1
    Web1.Go_ ""
    waitForPage
    Web1.First
    ReturntoSearchScreen
    TimeoutCounter = TimeoutCounter + 1
End Sub

Any suggestions? I cannot even get the page to fully connect within the data
station, but other site connect fine.

Thank you
