Sounds like you may need the VB runtime installed on the pc.

Does anyone have experience with Interop for BWS? I?m trying to get 
started by running the .NET example solution and am getting a ComException 
when creating the BostonWorkstation70.BostonWorkstation object.

Environment is Windows 7 64bit. I?ve tried to create a new solution and 
set the Build Platform target to x86 with the same result.
