There was an article about someone who used their states death registry to prevent patient mailings to survivors. I'm not sure who to contact at the State level. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We can't seem to get the permissions to stay off "read only" on the Bss70 folder. This causes my terminal server.exe not to connect. I have gone through DOS and changed the permissions...but it doesn't really happen..still "read only".
