The references being used by your project do not exist in the defined location within the project. Go into your options>references and redefine where the needed references are located (you may need to actually add those references to your virtual machine first).

When I try to run it I get the message: "This project has MISSING References that must be removed manually before its scripts can run. In VBA, select Options...References...and deselect them".
