Add after the connection to your HCIS:

Timeout = nnn

Where nnn is a value in seconds.

Subject: [talkbws] Timeout interval in rules based scripts

Hi Everyone,

How do you change the default timeout interval of 20 seconds in a rules based
script? I'm not clear on where to add the timeout=value on a rule that reads:

On Timeout...Go to Step Whatever

Can it go at the top of the script?

Thanks!
