Hello everyone,

 

I'm encountering an issue when connecting to the EDM Tracker where the
Meditech screen displays, but the contents of the Application Viewer are
mostly blank. Even when using +F11 to refresh, the grid still takes
several seconds to become available for BWS. I'm finding a similar issue
in POM when entering ED Orders. The Improve Activate utility is active
and the application screens connect just fine, just the refresh rate of
the viewer remains an issue. Is there a command that I'm missing that
could help?
