I think you can include the whole path with the file name when you send the
save as string(ie. \\fileserver\share\filename.csv)

I run it through Meditech Magic for Meditech4x, and save the file as
(filename).CSV
Here is a screen shot of my script but when it runs, the pop up save as box
remains in the last folder saved in.

Thank you,

Hi Jesus,

Are you hard coding the file path, or using a source file (Excel, csv, etc..)?
I have had very good luck using a source file as we send reports based on their
location to different folders. Are you running Meditech Magic or C/S?

Thanks,

Subject: [talkbws] #safe# - MediTech File Paths
Good Morning,

I currently use Boston for Meditech Scripting, and I am having an issue in
regards to some file paths to save a file in a certain folder. I run a few
scripts with different file paths, but when I execute the script it is saving
the files in the last folder I was in. Therefore, my two separate scripts are
saving in the same file name and not to the path I stated in the script. Does
anyone else have this issue and how to I correct this?

Thank you,
