I suspect that when you now open that project , it looks like most of the 
toolbars are gone in BWS? This means it has toggled into Runtime mode
First thing to do is turn off Runtime mode - you do this by clicking Runtime 
Mode menu dropdown, then clicking the Runtime Icon  (it's a toggle).
Then you can go into VBA and it will ask you for the password.

BWS has a feature that uses the same locking you did but is more convenient.

Right click in the toolbars area in BWS and add the Security Toolbar
Fill in the dialog box with the desired password

Toggle BWS into Runtime mode from the Options menu
>From then on, you need to use the password to toggle BWS into developer mode.

OK, dumb question...
Under VBA Project Properties, I clicked 'Lock project for viewing' and then 
created a password to see if I could lock the VBA code.
It worked, but now how do I unprotect it.
HELP!  My name is mud.
