The scripts listed in the script list have the following criteria (I reading the code now):
. in a code module, but not the Tools module . can have no parameters . can't be a Private subroutine, and . can't end in an underscore Also in VBA click on Tools...Macros. If you're not on a procedure that has parameters, it will also give you a (slightly different) script list. There may be a syntax error in your script file somewhere. You can find this in VBA by clicking Debug...Compile Project.
