Also double
check the path to the file especially if it is a network path. I had a
problem once with my workstation not keeping a network path open even though the
mapping was still valid. If I would manually browse the mapped directory
the download would work but after a few hours when my script would run the
download it would error out. I am not sure what resolved the issue but I
disconnected the mapping and remapped and haven't had trouble

is already open. The "Print On: Download" initiates a file open and if the
file is already open you get a disk error.
