Have you tried Wait 2.5 ?

This tells the scripts to wait 2.5 seconds before continuing.

I'm probably trying to re-invent the wheel, but is there a command to have a script 
"wait until a certain time to begin execution" that doesn't involve using 100% of the 
CPU resources?
