Here is how you can get the + sign to key in: chr(43) Lets say you wanted to enter in CT/AD+- You would use:   Enter “CT/AD” & chr(43) & “-“   There are three other “command keys” ~ - interpreted as an Enter –  to send use chr(126) ^ - interpreted as a Control – to send use chr(94) % - interpreted as Alt – to send use chr(37)   If you have any further questions here – please give our support line a call. The appointment type mnemonics include characters outside the "standard" character set, i.e +, -, etc.(example CT/AD+-) When the script runs, it will key CT/AD correctly in the appointment type field, but then ignores the "+". Has anyone encountered a similar problem, or perhaps has a solution to getting BWS to key these non-standard characters?
