I currently use BWS to auto download our claims each morning. In addition to our claim file, we also use the STAR HIPAA Extract file for additional information. I do not have this automated yet b/c it is a separate GUI application that has about three different steps to get it completed. Are there any facilities that have this automated that could share how you are doing this?
