Greetings,

I've seen registrations scripted into many different applications - but
really, to my scripting oriented brain, it's just reading stuff from the
screen and making decisions, keying stuff into the screen and all the while
reacting to what field it's in J

The only input I can offer here would be a question: How does a person
handle this today?

If you can describe the process as a series of "when they see this, they do
that's" - then I am confident this can be done via a Boston WorkStation
script - and also that I could provide useful input.

Perhaps though your questions are more "should I do X" or "why would I do Y"
oriented - rather than "how do I accomplish this with a script". If it it's
the former, that I would not be any help at all.

Regards,

Thom "I don't care why - just tell me how" Blackwell

Subject: [Talk] Meditech CS Patient Registration Using BWS

Is anybody using BWS to register patients into Meditech CS? What issues did
you encounter? How did you handle multiple facilities and systemwide MPI
numbers?

Thanks,
