Tom,

I've been able to get the scrolling issues, mostly, resolved..........thank
you!

But closing the cmd window..............The Connect "",stStream only closes
the piece to BWS (not exactly sure how to explain this). It closes the
Application Viewer, but the cmd prompt window still is open.

I have found I have to hit Ctrl "c" and then type exit to close it out
manually. If I just type exit, it hangs. I haven't found any other way to
close it.

I can't get my Key "{Ctrl}" + "c" to work, it just types a "c" at the
command line.

Plus while working on other pieces last night I found that my data entry
doesn't always get all the data. ie Key AcctNum (111223339) put 11122339
into the field. What can I do about that??

HELP!!!

Thanks,

Greetings,

Sounds like the screen is "scrolling" - instead of fiddling with it J use
conditions like:

Title text @*,12 - "don't care what row it's on, but it always starts at Col
12"

Title [EMAIL PROTECTED],* - "don't matter where it is, as long as it is"

<mailto:> "@*,12" - "don't care what row it's on, but the cursor is on Col
12"

However, I always like Prompt when dealing with a Console based connection -
which detects the cursor based on text to the left of it.

As for closing the screen.

Try

Connect "", stStream

Thom

To All,

I am using a Console connection (and then open telnet) to get into a
Sunqest/Misys system. I have 2 questions I need help with.........

1. It appears that I get different Title and Cursor positions, maybe
depending on what PC I open up the remote desktop on (haven't figured out
why yet). Can I do a resize on the screen? And would that help?

2. How do you close out of the screen cleanly at the end?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!!
