I mentioned that point. Rogers and Cogeco are also providing IPv6. Even if your ISP is not yet providing it, with some routers you can use a 6in4 tunnel to get IPv6. I did that for 6 years, before Rogers provided IPv6. Some ISPs use 6rd to provide IPv6. Rogers did that, before they offered it natively.
