Hmm.
If the call initiator mixes all the data for all the participants its
not really distributed.
Its just a hosted service with floating hosts.
It would be a real problem if you wanted to initiate a large meeting
while having a bad internet connection.

How many participants? I believe Hangouts has a maximum
of 10, unless
