Hi all, My LG Nexus 5X died. It went into "boot loop" for a while, and now it won't even charge. It's dead. So, I'm borrowing old Samsung Galaxy S3. It recovered all data (those I care about), except text messages. I lost all my Google Messages data, which included personal text conversations as well as notices from banks, credit card, and sorts.
When I go back to my own phone again, I'm going to lose current SMS text messages again. How do I prevent this?
