I use getmail (a great step up from fetchmail), msmtp, and mutt.  That
combination works with Rogers and even with the University's hopeless
MS Outlook mail management system.  Sendmail weighs a ton, and Postfix
isn't small either; msmtp = minimal smtp is enough for my needs. YMMV.
