I set up Google Alerts. This catches a lot of different kinds of
vectors for reputation damage. IMHO, marketing people should be
watching it as most will be news or social media related. They should
forward weird technical detections like fake versions of yourself. Not
a perfect method, but important.
There's also lookalike domain services, but I'm out of date and I can
only ever find big enterprisey ones. eg..
